As a Workday Senior Engineer, you will lead and contribute to Workday functional design, configuration, and deployment across Absence and Benefits modules, providing expert guidance to stakeholders and driving continuous improvement within the HR solutions delivery roadmap.

Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to Workday configuration across Absence and Benefits functional areas, managing delivery from design through deployment.
- Provide subject-matter expertise to guide business stakeholders, project teams, and BAU support teams on optimal Workday solutions.
- Contribute to the HR Solutions delivery roadmap through regular development and release cycles.
- Perform gap analysis, solution design, and stakeholder engagement to influence effective, data-driven decision-making.
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues while collaborating closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with a College Degree.
- Strong Workday HCM expertise, specifically focused within Absence and Benefits modules.
- Hands-on experience delivering Workday functional design within consulting or in-house Workday technical teams (Workday HCM Certification is highly desirable).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in spoken and written English.
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments with the ability to independently drive work to completion.
