A Workforce Management (WFM) Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and real-time monitoring to ensure optimal staffing levels and operational efficiency. They analyze data to predict workload demands, manage employee schedules, and coordinate with different departments to enhance productivity. Additionally, they implement WFM strategies, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications:
College graduate preferred
Undergraduates may be considered with relevant years of experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management within a BPO setup
Proficiency in Excel, WFM tools, and Erlang calculations
Experience in scheduling, forecasting, capacity planning, and stakeholder management
Strong communication skills
