As a Utilities CIS Functional Consultant, you will engage with client leadership and delivery teams to drive major transformation projects, leveraging strong customer engagement expertise and hands-on functional knowledge of electric, gas, or water utility processes.

Responsibilities
- Identify business requirements, manage requirements, and execute functional design, prototyping, and process design (including scenario design and flow mapping).
- Lead workshops and demos while documenting business processes and recommending innovative future solutions, automation opportunities, and new methods to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Understand regulated and de-regulated market environments, tariff scenarios, the meter-to-cash process, and market EDI transaction lifecycles.
- Provide hands-on functional expertise across multiple utility areas including Billing, Rates Configurations, Payments, Credit & Collection, and Meter Data Acquisition.
- Support testing, training, definition of support procedures, and end-to-end implementation tasks while collaborating with global stakeholders and delivery leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant Utilities Functional experience with a strong background in end-to-end implementations.
- Hands-on experience in regulated or de-regulated global utilities market environments, working directly with Oracle CC&B or SAP IS-U solutions.
- Expertise in defining solution frameworks, solution process landscapes, and integration touchpoints.
- Certifications such as SAP IS-U (Billing, Device Management, FICA), Oracle Utilities suite certifications, PMP, or PMI-ACP are considered a distinct advantage.
