US Financial Services Representative

As a US Financial Services Representative, you will provide professional and efficient support to US-based clients by handling customer inquiries, addressing policy and billing concerns, and delivering high-quality customer service. You will communicate with customers through appropriate channels, update account records, and ensure all interactions adhere to established company policies and quality standards.

Salary Package: Up to ₱35,000 Total Package (₱32,000–₱34,000 for Home Loan Insurance exp; ₱35,000 for 5+ yrs US BPO exp)

Work Setup:

• Onsite at Metro Alabang Town Center, Muntinlupa City

(Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH Time)

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, claims, billing, and account concerns in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate account information, resolve issues promptly, and consistently maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Update customer records accurately in internal systems while strictly following company policies and operational quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year course (strictly required).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in home loan insurance for a US account OR at least 5+ years of solid US BPO customer service experience.
• Excellent English communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to work night shifts onsite in Alabang.
