Role Overview

The UK Financial Collections Trainer drives learning, development, and performance excellence for collections professionals handling international portfolios. Operating within the UK timezone, this role focuses on equipping teams with the right methodologies, coaching, and strategies to succeed while adhering to strict financial compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder
• 2 to 4 years of solid experience in UK, US, or AU Collections, Banking Operations, and Training within a BPO or shared services environment
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies for both virtual and traditional classroom settings
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, coaching, and constructive feedback skills to drive agent performance and engagement
