The Total Rewards Director is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's total rewards strategy, which includes compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellness programs. This role ensures that the total rewards strategy aligns with the company’s objectives and helps attract, retain, and motivate employees.

Salary: 270,000 - 300,000
Work Setup: Hybrid - Midshift between 12NN-2PM but can be flexible depending on the business need
Location: Makati

Requirements:
15 years total rewards CoE experience with expertise in the PH employment landscape preferably in the BPO or shared services set-up
At least 10 years of extensive experience in compensation and benefits management, including executive compensation
Leadership experience as the role will support 2 direct reports and 3-4 indirect reports deployed from vendor
Proven track record in designing and implementing successful total rewards strategies and programs.
Familiarity with creating performance-based incentive programs and employee recognition initiatives that drive motivation and engagement
Exceptional strategic thinking to lead the development and execution of total rewards strategies that drive organizational success
Proficiency in designing compensation structures, conducting benchmark analyses, and ensuring internal equity
Proven excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate total rewards offerings to employee
