Telco & Video Streaming Support Specialist

As a Telco & Video Streaming Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional support to customers of a leading Telecommunications and Video Streaming account. You will assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, technical issues, subscription management, and service-related concerns through phone, chat, or email while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Salary Package: ₱20,000 – ₱25,000

Work Setup: Onsite - BGC, Taguig

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to telecommunications and video streaming services.
• Assist customers with billing, account updates, and subscription concerns.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Promote a positive customer experience through professional communication via phone, chat, or email.
• Document customer interactions accurately and meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School or High School Graduate.
• Preferably 6 months to 1 year of BPO experience (fresh graduates and applicants with no BPO experience are welcome to apply).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer navigation skills and willingness to work onsite in BGC.
