As a Telco Support Specialist, you will deliver high-quality customer support by assisting clients with product inquiries, service updates, and account management. You will troubleshoot service-related concerns, provide accurate information regarding telecommunications products, and ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.

Salary Package: Up to ₱29,000 salary package

Work Setup:

• Onsite in BGC, Taguig City

(Shifting and Graveyard schedules)

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and account concerns through primary support channels.
• Provide accurate details regarding telecommunications products, plans, and services.
• Assist customers with account management, document interactions accurately, and adhere to quality and operational standards.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, Fresh Graduates, or Career Shifters.
• 0 to 1 year of BPO experience.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City on shifting and graveyard schedules.
