As a Telco Support Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their telecommunications services. Your duties will include resolving technical issues, answering billing inquiries, providing information about products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will handle incoming calls, emails, and chats, troubleshoot service problems, and escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary. Strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and a customer-oriented approach are essential for this role.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be at least HS or SHS graduate
Must have good English communication and interactions skills
Must be willing to work onsite (Iloilo)
Applicants with BPO experience are preferred but not required (preferably at least 6 months voice exp)
Salary and Benefits:
Salary package - 18,000 to 25,000
10% Night differential
