A Team Lead Operations - CCV - IPDRG manages and supports a team to ensure efficient and high-quality handling of customer care voice (CCV) and inpatient diagnosis-related group (IPDRG) processes. They oversee daily operations, implement and refine procedures, conduct quality audits, and drive performance improvements while fostering collaboration and providing guidance to team members to achieve operational goals.

Work onsite - 1NITO Tower, Archbishop Reyes, Lahug, Cebu City
Shifting schedule
Salary: 80,000 - 130,000
Requirements:
Candidates must have PHRN certification.
CIC or CCS credentials are required.
Must have 7 to 8 years of experience with IP DRG with people management experience of 2 years
