Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced automation tools and infrastructure-as-code to streamline deployments, system reliability, and maintenance.
- Drive monitoring, incident response, and deep root cause analysis to maintain and optimize system health and modern application environments.
- Lead and manage the team as an SME, taking ownership of team decisions and collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams on key project decisions.
- Provide robust technical solutions to complex problems for both the immediate team and broader organizational units.
- Mentor team members, foster professional growth, facilitate knowledge sharing, and drive process improvements to enhance team productivity and software quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree holder.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong understanding of system reliability, scalability, performance optimization, and container orchestration platforms.
- Experience with cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and automation/infrastructure-as-code frameworks.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
