Requirements:
College Graduate (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager within a BPO Voice International Account
Demonstrated experience in managing a team with a headcount of at least 300+ full-time employees (FTEs)
Six Sigma Certification is preferred
Must be willing to relocate to Davao City, Philippines (relocation package provided)
