Senior Telecommunication Analyst

The Senior Telecommunication Analyst architects, maintains, and optimizes enterprise-level voice infrastructure and advanced contact center platforms. This role focuses on hands-on engineering within the Avaya Aura ecosystem and creating complex call routing scripts through Nice CXone Studio to ensure seamless, secure communications across the organization.

• Metro Manila: Quezon City | Makati | Muntinlupa
• Visayas: Cebu City
• Mindanao: Davao City

Qualifications:

• Preferred minimum of five (5) or more years of dedicated Telecommunication Analyst and Engineering experience operating within a large enterprise environment.
• Minimum of 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience engineering the Avaya Aura Platform, specifically including:
  • Communication Manager, System Manager, and Session Manager
  • Avaya Aura Device Services (AADS) and Session Border Controllers (SBC)
  • Avaya IX Messaging
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience utilizing Nice CXone, with a strict requirement for verified Studio and Scripting experience.
