Responsibilities
Handle the overall ServiceNow ITSM application support - maintenance & enhancements.
Gather and analyze user requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, business rules, workflows, and configuration elements to support process automation and integration
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues, providing timely support to end-users.
Contribute to documentation of technical designs, development processes, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.

Salary:
Up to 90,000 package
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree holder
At least 5 years of relevant working experience or working in a similar role.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
Has track record designing and implementing ITSM solutions, including understanding of ITIL processes.
Proven ITSM certification is a plus (ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow related, CompTIA A++)
Experience in using Washington releases and uses recent versions of Servicenow
