The role involves preparing and presenting reports on workforce efficiency, adherence to schedules, and performance, as well as collaborating with management to adjust strategies based on changing business requirements and staffing demands. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI is essential for this role.

Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience in an operations service environment, with a minimum of 1 year in a Senior Analyst role.
Expertise in Workforce Management (WFM) is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel (including Power Query), Power BI, dashboard creation in Excel, and PowerPoint presentations.
