Qualifications:
A minimum of a college-level education or its equivalent.
At least two (2) years of proven experience as a Sales Trainer, with a strong background in developing and delivering training programs tailored to sales teams.
Expertise in identifying training needs, creating effective learning materials, and facilitating both group and individual training sessions.
Demonstrated ability to assess sales team performance, provide actionable feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
A solid understanding of sales strategies, product knowledge, and customer relationship management, with the ability to impart this knowledge effectively to team members.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales leadership to align training programs with business objectives and goals.
