Qualifications:
At least a college-level education, preferably with a focus in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as an Operations Supervisor, specifically in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment, with a strong understanding of operational processes and team management
Demonstrated experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
