Salary and Benefits:
Basic Salary: ₱17,000
Allowance: ₱2,000
HMO Coverage: For the employee plus 2 dependents upon regularization
Night Differential: 20%
Performance Incentives: ₱3,000 to ₱6,000 (sales incentives)
Qualifications:
High School (HS) or Senior High School (SHS) graduate (BPO experience not required)
Strong communication skills
Willing to work onsite
