A Sales Coach is responsible for developing and enhancing the skills of sales teams to improve their performance and help them achieve sales targets. They provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to individual sales representatives, focusing on enhancing their sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship skills. The Sales Coach observes sales interactions, provides feedback, conducts training sessions, and identifies areas for improvement. They work closely with the sales manager to align coaching strategies with business goals, track progress, and implement new sales strategies. Additionally, the Sales Coach may help in onboarding new sales team members and fostering a positive, high-performance sales culture.

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000
Qualifications:
A minimum of a college-level education or its equivalent.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Sales Coach, with a proven track record of coaching and mentoring sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, providing training, and offering constructive feedback to improve performance.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Ability to adapt coaching techniques to a variety of learning styles and continuously improve training methods based on team performance and feedback.
