Reservation agents provide booking and reservation services to customers. These services may include booking airline tickets & making cancellations. They work with customers over the phone, in person, or via email and strive to provide excellent customer service.
- College Graduate with or without experience
- Associate Graduate (4 semesters completed) with 6 months of call center experience..
- SHS graduates have 6 months of call center experience.
- Completed at least 2 years in college with at least 6 months of BPO experience.
- Above-average English Communication Skills
