Duties and responsibilities:
• Participate in review sessions and the USRN Academy Program to prepare for the NCLEX examination.
• Engage in training activities and ensure timely completion of NCLEX and Boards of Nursing Licensure Requirements while adhering to all relevant rules, regulations, and company codes of conduct.
• Support business operations as needed.
• Offer insights, identify risks, and recommend interventions regarding individual and group progress to the clinical consultant and business operations.
• Propose suggestions for potential interventions and additional curriculum enhancements to improve clinical proficiency within the program.
• Must have a bachelor's degree and possess a current, active, and unrestricted PHRN license and at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience (such as medical-surgical or critical care in a tertiary care hospital) or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent qualifications.
