They manage day-to-day operations, lead and support teams, analyze performance metrics, implement improvements, and coordinate with other departments to align operations with organizational goals.

Work onsite - 1NITO Tower, Archbishop Reyes, Lahug, Cebu City
Shifting schedule
Salary: 130,000 - 180,000
Requirements:
Candidates must have PHRN certification.
CIC or CCS credentials are required.
Must have 7 to 8 years of experience with IP DRG with people management experience
Must hold the title of Operations Manager on paper.
