As an L3 Network Engineer, you will design, deploy, troubleshoot, and support robust enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, bringing deep technical expertise in SD-WAN, security, and Azure networking.

Work Setup: Onsite - Cebu | US Shift (Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST | Open for rotational shifts)
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, troubleshoot, and support enterprise network infrastructure across complex on-premises and cloud environments.
- Manage advanced networking and security domains, including Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), Silver Peak SD-WAN, Cisco Firewalls (FTD/FMC), and Cisco Catalyst switches.
- Handle end-to-end new branch site provisioning, Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation and validation, and MDF/IDF design and deployment.
- Utilize Ansible automation and network monitoring tools to streamline operations and execute efficient change management processes.
- Troubleshoot critical issues, perform root cause analysis, and maintain strict adherence to ITIL-based service management standards.
Qualifications
- College Graduate with 12 to 16 years of solid Network Engineering experience, specializing in Enterprise and Cloud Networking.
- Active CCNP Enterprise certification is required.
- Hands-on expertise in Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), Silver Peak (Aruba Edge Connect) SD-WAN, Cisco FTD/FMC, Cisco Catalyst 9300 switches, and Azure networking (Landing Zones, NVA deployments).
- Strong background in enterprise routing, switching, wireless technologies, and infrastructure automation using Ansible.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills with experience supporting US business hours.
