A Korean Bilingual Representative is responsible for providing customer support, technical assistance, or business-related services to Korean-speaking clients while ensuring effective communication in both Korean and English. Duties include handling inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving customer concerns, assisting with transactions, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires fluency in Korean and English, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

Work setup:
Onsite - Cebu

Salary and Perks:
Basic Pay – ₱20,000
Allowance – ₱2,000
Language Premium – ₱45,000 - ₱60,000

Qualifications:
At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as a Bilingual Spanish or Korean-Speaking Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the BPO industry.
Strong communication skills in both the target language and English.
Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in customer support, technical assistance, or related roles is a plus.
