Qualifications:
Must be fluent in speaking, writing, and reading the Italian language.
Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing work experience in any industry.
For foreign applicants: at least 1 year of BPO experience as a bilingual Italian speaker serving local clients.
Experience in a service desk environment is a significant advantage, though not required.
Must be conversant in English as a secondary language.
