The Insurance Account Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and processing transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
Must be at least HS or SHS graduate
Must have at least 1 year BPO experience (voice international)
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be willing to work onsite (Iloilo and Alabang)
Must be amenable to shifting schedule
Salary and Benefits:
Basic salary - 14,500 - 18,000
Allowance - 2000
10% Night differential
