As an I/O Engineering Specialist, you will deliver secure, reliable, and efficient endpoint management services within a Dual Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) environment using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Microsoft Intune, and Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM.
Salary Package: PHP 100,000 – PHP 160,000 Basic Salary

Responsibilities
- Administer enterprise endpoint platforms (MECM/SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM), monitor endpoint health, enrollment success, and ensure overall platform stability.
- Package and deploy enterprise applications, perform operating system servicing, and manage updates across Windows devices with minimal end-user disruption.
- Manage MECM patching operations, configure Automatic Deployment Rules (ADRs), deployment rings, maintenance windows, and execute vulnerability remediation plans to ensure strict compliance.
- Provide advanced endpoint troubleshooting, participate in major incident war rooms to reduce Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR), and support Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Develop PowerShell scripts for operational efficiency, create reusable runbooks, and utilize approved AI tools for documentation, ticket triage, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Finished at least 2nd year of college.
- Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on administrative experience using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM).
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on administrative experience using Microsoft Intune.
- At least 1+ year of administrative experience using Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM.
- Proven expertise in Dual UEM coexistence, PowerShell scripting, patch management, and enterprise IT operations.
