Healthcare Representative

As a Healthcare Representative, you will guide members through their healthcare coverage, schedule medical appointments, and resolve account inquiries with care and precision. You will handle member interactions, navigate healthcare databases to maintain confidential records, and deliver a seamless, high-quality patient experience.

Salary Package: Up to ₱25,000 package

Work Setup:

• Onsite in IT Park, Cebu

(Shifting and Graveyard schedules)

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries regarding coverage limits, benefit verifications, claim statuses, and primary care physician updates.
• Schedule medical appointments and resolve patient concerns on the first call to ensure a smooth service experience.
• Navigate multi-screen healthcare databases accurately while maintaining confidential patient records.

Qualifications

• Open to High School Graduates (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduates, College Undergraduates, and College Graduates.
• With or without prior BPO experience.
• Strong to excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in IT Park, Cebu on shifting/graveyard schedules, with readiness to start ASAP.
