The Healthcare Customer Care Specialist assist customers with healthcare-related concerns, answer questions about their accounts and benefits, and provide excellent customer service over the phone.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer service calls,
overage, and account information.
- Assist customers with their concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally and courteously.
- Accurately document customer concerns and resolutions.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.
- Meet attendance, productivity, and performance expectations.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent with at least 6 months of BPO experience handling an international account.
- College Graduate with or without work experience.

- Basic computer navigation skills.
- Amenable to work onsite.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
