The Healthcare Customer Care Specialist assist customers with healthcare-related concerns, answer questions about their accounts and benefits, and provide excellent customer service over the phone.

Work Set up:
Onsite - Ortigas, Pasig

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer service calls,
overage, and account information.

  • Assist customers with their concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally and courteously.
  • Accurately document customer concerns and resolutions.

  • Follow company policies and quality standards.

  • Meet attendance, productivity, and performance expectations.

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate or equivalent with at least 6 months of BPO experience handling an international account.
  • College Graduate with or without work experience.
  • 
Average to Good English communication skills.
  • Basic computer navigation skills.
  • Amenable to work onsite.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
