Duties and responsibilities:
Healthcare Associates handle concerns from respective clients either through voice support or non-voice assistance, which is dependent on the needed business.
Minimum Qualifications:
- College graduate with or without BPO experience.
- Completed 2 years in College with 6 months customer service-related experience (preferably 1 year BPO experience)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good comprehension skills
- Basic knowledge with MS Office
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
