Qualifications:
Fresh graduates or college graduates in any field are accepted, with or without BPO experience.
Candidates must have either completed at least two years of college, or be high school graduates with a minimum of one year of customer-facing work experience.
Completion of a two-year vocational course or certificate program with at least one year of customer-facing work experience is also acceptable.
Must be willing to work on-site in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction.
Proficiency in basic computer functions, including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting internet searches, and navigating a Windows-based environment, is strongly preferred
Strong English communication skills, ranging from good to excellent, are required.
Must have an exceptional customer service orientation.
Willingness to work in a shifting schedule is required.
