The Desktop Productivity Analyst - Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the administration and support of desktop productivity tools, such as office software, collaboration platforms, and other technology solutions. This role includes providing tier-2 or tier-3 support for end-user issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and ensuring smooth operation. The position also involves supervising a team of analysts or technicians, conducting training sessions for employees, developing documentation and guides, and assisting in the configuration and deployment of productivity tools across user devices. Additionally, the Assistant Manager monitors the performance of these tools and generates reports to ensure optimal functionality.

Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience as a Desktop Productivity Analyst or Data Developer.
Bachelor's/College Degree or at least 2 years of college with relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of programming languages, such as XML Path Language, RegEx, PHP, Java, etc.
Minimum 1 year of experience in process improvement, process reengineering, or process reviews.
Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and problem-solving tools.
Excellent real-time time management skills are essential.
Strong organizational skills to meet critical timelines.
High attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
Ability to deliver project deliverables with minimal supervision.
Excellent written, verbal, and email communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at various levels.
