As a Dental Technician, you will serve as the crucial first-level technical support contact for global customers, leveraging your dental laboratory expertise to handle complex inquiries, process cases in the CRM, and bridge clinical and technical support channels.

Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, process-compliant 1st level support to global customers across various communication channels, managing inquiries and creating detailed CRM cases (Clinical, Laboratory Materials, or Digital).
- Evaluate and route non-regulatory cases or escalate complex issues to appropriate 2nd level technical support teams according to process specifications.
- Operate the telephone switchboard and manage operational hotline support, including handling off-hours stand-by or emergency service by arrangement.
- Participate actively in Shopfloor meetings and assist other Aftersales departments with customer-related tasks and documentation.
Qualifications
- Completed a Dental Technology course; TESDA graduates are warmly welcome to apply.
- At least 5 years of solid professional experience working in a dental laboratory.
- Strong familiarity with denture fabrication and hands-on knowledge in operating dental laboratory machines (CAD/CAM experience is not required).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to navigate shifting schedules and global support workflows.
