Qualifications:
Retail Account: Open to high school graduates with or without BPO experience.
Healthcare Account: Requires at least a high school diploma with at least 6 months of BPO experience, or college graduates with or without experience.
Travel Account: Open to college graduates, senior high school graduates, or those who have completed at least 2 years in college, with a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience in an international voice setting.
