The Customer Support is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves handling customer communications, managing accounts, and collaborating with other departments to deliver top-notch service.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 year BPO experience (international voice campaign)
Must have completed at least 2nd year in college
Must be willing to work onsite - MOA, Pasay
Must be amenable with shifting schedules
Salary and Benefits:
Package - 20,000 - 24,000
HMO on 3rd month
Can enroll as much as 3 dependents on their 6th month (upon regularization)
10% night differential
