Customer Care Specialist

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests while providing a smooth and positive experience, utilizing your communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and deliver excellent service.

Salary Package: ₱25,000 – ₱27,000

Work Setup: Onsite - Cebu

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally across available communication channels.
• Deliver accurate information and use strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive brand experience for every client.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate.
• At least 6 months of international BPO voice account experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
