Customer Care Associate

As a Customer Care Associate, you will serve as the heartbeat of our client relations, turning everyday inquiries into opportunities to build lasting brand loyalty. You will guide customers through solutions, resolve concerns with confidence, and deliver high-impact service in a fast-paced environment where your communication skills and problem-solving drive success.

Salary: ₱23,000 – ₱37,000 Package

Work Setup:

• Onsite at Quezon City
• Onsite at Makati City

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and efficient customer care assistance through calls, chats, or other communication channels.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests while ensuring a positive, high-impact customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow established company procedures and service standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet performance, KPIs, quality, and attendance expectations.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• Minimum of 5 months to 1 year of BPO experience required.
• Good English communication skills with a customer-service oriented mindset.
• Willing and able to work onsite on a shifting schedule.
