Customer Care Associate - Healthcare Account

As a Customer Care Associate, you will serve as the heartbeat of our client relations, turning everyday healthcare-related inquiries into opportunities to build lasting trust and support. You will guide customers through solutions with empathy and precision, resolve concerns effectively, and deliver high-impact service in a fast-paced environment where your communication skills and problem-solving drive success.

Salary Package: ₱23,000 (₱21,000 Basic Salary + ₱2,000 Allowance)

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through phone, chat, or other communication channels with empathy, professionalism, and precision.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers while documenting interactions and updating account information when needed.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards to meet assigned performance and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience required.
• Amenable and willing to work onsite on a shifting and night schedule.
