Connectivity Solutions Specialist – Telco Account

As a Connectivity Solutions Specialist, you will serve as the heartbeat of our client relations for premier telecommunications services. You will guide customers through solutions, resolve concerns with confidence, and turn everyday interactions into seamless, high-impact service experiences in a fast-paced environment where your communication skills and problem-solving drive success.

Salary Package: ₱18,400 – ₱20,000

Work Setup: Onsite - Makati | Pasig

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, account questions, and service concerns professionally through phone, chat, or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and practical solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately and update account details in the system when needed.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards while working toward assigned performance and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
• Open to candidates with no BPO experience required; fresh graduates and career starters are warmly welcome.
• Good communication skills with a customer-service oriented mindset and a strong eagerness to learn.
• Willing and able to work onsite in Makati or Pasig on a shifting or graveyard schedule.
