The Compliance Manager in a BPO setting is responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs to mitigate risks, prevent violations, and ensure business operations align with legal and contractual obligations. The Compliance Manager conducts audits, risk assessments, and training programs to educate employees on compliance matters while collaborating with leadership to address regulatory changes. They also handle incident investigations, reporting, and corrective action planning to maintain ethical and legal business practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Salary:
70,000 - 80,000

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in the Compliance field within a BPO setup.
3+ years of experience in a managerial role.
Reviews, prepares, and ensures green status in statutory, external, and internal audits, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) audits and Entity Level Controls audits.
Develops and releases the Compliance Status Dashboard for HR business units.
Collaborates with HR and Operations to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and practices.
