Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in the Compliance field within a BPO setup.
3+ years of experience in a managerial role.
Reviews, prepares, and ensures green status in statutory, external, and internal audits, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) audits and Entity Level Controls audits.
Develops and releases the Compliance Status Dashboard for HR business units.
Collaborates with HR and Operations to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and practices.
