As a Compensation Analyst, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert for compensation-related matters, managing variable compensation plans, sales commissions, and incentive programs while ensuring seamless administration through internal platforms like CompenSafe.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for compensation, guiding leaders on policies, programs, and best practices while maintaining strict data confidentiality.
  • Manage the accurate calculation, reporting, and timely payout of variable compensation plans, sales commissions, and loan operations bonuses using CompenSafe.
  • Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and salary survey analyses to recommend appropriate job grades, titles, and equitable pay structures.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (including Finance and Accounting) to prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, support audits, and drive process improvements.
  • Review job descriptions, evaluate roles, and support the implementation of compensation-related projects and system enhancements.

Qualifications

  • College Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience supporting US-based compensation, payroll, benefits, or HR operations.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with CompenSafe (nCino Incentive Compensation).
  • Background in the mortgage, banking, financial services, or BPO industry handling sales commissions or variable pay.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (complex formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis) alongside strong knowledge of US compensation practices and benchmarking methodologies.
