Client Support is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients with insurance-related inquiries and issues. This role involves handling various types of communication, including phone calls, emails, and chat, to assist clients with policy information, claims processing, billing questions, and other insurance-related concerns. The specialist will ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 year BPO experience (international voice campaign)
Must be at least HS/SHS graduate
Must be willing to work onsite - Alabang Muntinlupa
Must be amenable with shifting schedules
Salary and Benefits:
Package - 20,000 to 22,000
HMO on 3rd month
Can enroll as much as 3 dependents on their 6th month (upon regularization)
10% night differential
