Role Overview
The Chat Support Specialist handles customer support through chat by answering inquiries, resolving account concerns, and delivering excellent service. This role ensures accurate information, maintains strict professionalism, and meets quality and productivity targets in a fast-paced financial environment.

Qualifications:

• At least a Senior High School graduate
• Minimum of 1 year BPO experience
• Prior experience handling a Financial account is preferred but not required
• Willing and ready to work onsite in Lipa, Batangas
