This role serves as a vital bridge between the legal team, the courts, and government agencies, ensuring that all filings, case monitoring, and client coordination are handled with absolute precision and confidentiality.

Qualifications
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field, with at least 1–2 years of experience as an administrative professional specifically within a law firm or legal office.
- Strong understanding of legal processes, particularly regarding the filing and handling of law-related documentation and court requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using document management systems.
- Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently under pressure with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
