As a Capital Markets Operations Senior Analyst, you will support the Corporate Actions function for Global Markets, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions while safeguarding client assets and minimizing assets at risk.

Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end mandatory and voluntary corporate action events, including entitlement calculation and event lifecycle management.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across Front Office, Middle Office, custodians, and external counterparties.
- Investigate breaks, exceptions, and complex event scenarios with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Manage tasks independently, adhering strictly to trade and settlement deadlines while supporting risk and control objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree holder, preferably in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline relevant to trading and financial markets.
- 2–3 years of proven experience handling Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Action events within a trading or investment banking operations environment.
- Hands-on exposure to end-to-end corporate actions processing within trade and settlements operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
