Bilingual Client Communications Specialist

As a Bilingual Client Communications Specialist, you will serve as the primary voice for native-speaking clients in Vietnamese, Bahasa, Cantonese, Thai, or Khmer, managing inbound and outbound interactions via phone, email, and chat to resolve complex account inquiries and deliver seamless service.

Salary Package: Earn up to ₱113,000 (inclusive of a ₱20,000 Signing Bonus for qualified language profiles)

Work Setup: Onsite - Fairview, QC

• Engage directly with native-speaking clients in Vietnamese, Bahasa, Cantonese, Thai, or Khmer via phone, email, or chat to handle account-related requests and inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with speed and precision while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
• Document and log all client interactions accurately within the company database.
• Partner with internal cross-functional teams to escalate and fast-track the resolution of specialized client concerns in alignment with data privacy and quality policies.

Qualifications

• Fluent and proficient in at least one of the target languages (Vietnamese, Bahasa, Cantonese, Thai, or Khmer).
• At least a High School Graduate or K-12 Graduate.
• Valid working permit (for foreign nationals).
• Ready to start ASAP.
