The Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Mortgage Processing oversees the daily execution and performance of the mortgage processing team, ensuring operational efficiency and strict compliance throughout the loan lifecycle. This role balances strategic people leadership with hands-on technical management of US mortgage documentation and review processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management background.
• US Mortgage experience is highly desirable.
• Experience in: Title Review, Homeowners Insurance (HOI) Review, Mortgage Documentation, Mortgage Origination Lifecycle
