They lead and mentor a team of travel consultants, manage client inquiries, and coordinate travel arrangements. Their responsibilities include maintaining relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Additionally, they analyze operational performance, implement process improvements, and contribute to achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Salary:
37,000 - 42,000

Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, with 2 to 3 years in a Team Leader (TL) role.
Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
