Accounts Payable Lead

As an Accounts Payable Lead, you will drive service delivery excellence by managing Vendor Master Data (VMD) and end-to-end AP operations while providing strategic leadership across regional teams. You will monitor daily performance, ensure SLA adherence, and foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high engagement in a fast-paced shared services environment.

Salary Package: Up to ₱64,000 package

Work Setup:

• Onsite in Cebu

(Shifting and Graveyard schedules)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Vendor Master Data (VMD) and Accounts Payable operations, monitoring daily performance, productivity, quality, SLA adherence, and backlog management.
• Drive operational governance, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and process improvements while supporting stabilization, transition activities, and audit compliance.
• Serve as the primary on-site and off-site leader for the Cebu and Chennai AP teams, providing coaching, performance management, regular 1-on-1s, and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of people management experience within a BPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environment.
