Customer Care Associate

As a Customer Care Associate, you will serve as frontline support for clients, managing inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and precision across phone and chat channels. You will provide accurate solutions, maintain detailed account records, and ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience.

Salary Package: Up to ₱19,000 package

• Onsite in Makati City | Pasig City

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns efficiently through phone, chat, or other assigned communication channels.
• Provide accurate account information, troubleshoot customer concerns, and deliver appropriate solutions promptly.
• Document customer interactions, update account records, and maintain quality and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• No experience required (open to fresh graduates and first-time job seekers).
• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati City or Pasig City on shifting/night schedules.
